I was born in Gaziantep in 1981.

I completed my primary, secondary, and high school education in Gaziantep. In 2004, I graduated from Dokuz Eylül University with a degree in Economics.

In 2005, I started working in our family companies, serving successively as:

Akcanlar Motorlu Araçlar (2005-2010: Member of the Board of Directors, Honda and Mazda dealership);
Atılım Turizm Otelcilik (2010-Present: Member of the Board of Directors, Grand Hotel);
Akcanlar Turizm (2013-Present: Member of the Board of Directors, Divan Hotel);
Akcan Holding (2013-Present: Member of the Board of Directors, responsible for finance of group companies);
Akcanlar Motorlu Araçlar (2016-Present: General Manager and Member of the Board of Directors, Honda and Mazda dealership);
Akcanlar Tekstil (Board of Directors).
In addition to these roles, I have served in various non-governmental organizations, including:

Member of the Board of Directors of the Southeastern Anatolia Textile and Raw Materials Exporters Association (GAİB) 2014-2026
Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Southeastern Anatolia Tourist Hoteliers and Operators Association (GATOD) 2014-2024
Member of the Board of Directors of the Turkish Hoteliers Federation (TÜROFED) 2014-2024

I am married and have 2 children.
