He was born in 1969 in Karagöz village of Afşin district of Kahramanmaraş. He attended primary school in Karagöz village primary school and secondary school in Cumhuriyet Primary School.
He moved to Gaziantep in 1987. He established his own fleet car rental company in Gaziantep. In 2014, he was elected as the President of Gaziantep Service Vehicles Operators Chamber of Craftsmen and still continues his active duty.
He was elected to the Presidency of Gaziantep Chambers of Craftsmen and Craftsmen, which was held on 11.05.2022.
He is married and has 4 children.
