He was born in 1961 in Gaziantep.
He graduated from Yıldız Technical University Faculty of Architecture in 1984. He attended Marmara University Business Administration Courses in 1985 and Business Administration and English language courses in England in 1988.
Currently, FLO Mağazacılık ve Pazarlama A.Ş. He is a Member of the Board of Directors, Chairman of the Board of Ziylan Gayrimenkul and General Coordinator of the Ziylan Group of Companies. He is a member of the ISO Assembly, a Member of the Board of Trustees of İBNİ Haldun University, a Member of the Board of the Gaziantep Development Foundation, and the President of the Super League Gaziantep Football Club.
